26 The creativity of Magtymguly Fraghi, who left an indelible mark on the literary history of the Turkmen people, is distinguished by its versatility. His wise thoughts have become firmly established in the minds of the Turkmen people and are heard in the hearts of the nation as a national song. Among the poet's poems on various themes, his poems about patriotism, heroism, raising brave, courageous, and strong young men occupy a prominent place. The poet writes poems on the theme of patriotism and heroism such as "Yashymyz", "Gozlar men", "Başy gerekdir", "Mert bolmaz". These poems weave ideas about loving the homeland, being loyal to it, bravery, and courage. For the poet, there is no dearer, dearer country than the homeland. In the poem “Mert bolmaz” he writes:
“ Listen, man, from the homeland,
There is no other homeland”
. And he says:
“The one who is separated from his homeland
Sighs, yearns for the homeland”
, emphasizing that the heart of a person separated from his homeland will always sing a dream. In the poem “May your honor be known”

“Having separated from the homeland and not fallen alone
May the people in his homeland know your honor”
, emphasizing that living peacefully in one’s homeland, among relatives, is a great treasure for a person. These words show that he truly loves his homeland.
As we know, the times in which our poet father lived were a time of turmoil for the Turkmen people, a time of internal and external wars. He suffered from these things with all his heart and soul and was determined to find a solution to these problems. This can be felt in almost every poem of the master.
The dream of our great poet, who called the Turkmen people to spiritual elevation, unity, and solidarity, has found its perfect embodiment in our modern times.
With the clear goals and lofty attitudes of our national leader, the hero of Arkadagly, the entire Turkmen people were gathered at one table, and the wonderful poems of our great poet became the anthem of our festive celebrations. We are glad that our wise poet, who carried the unity and peaceful life of the Turkmen nation, in whose heart the sanctity of the Motherland was born, and who cherished great faith in his heart, is a witness to that happy time, a happy era.
