30 Currently, much work is being done to conduct agriculture on a scientific basis. On the initiative of Hero Arkadag-Serdar, as a result of large-scale changes in agriculture, this important sector of our national economy reached a new level of development in terms of quality, legal foundations for its radical reorganization were created. At the same time, the advanced technologies of the world, science and our ancestors, who achieved advanced technologies and experience in combination with the centuries-old experience of farming, modern education of youth in educational centers, great attention is paid to the modernization of the teaching-methodical base. Because the development of the education system is the main factor in strengthening the position of our Motherland among the leading countries in the world. The program of large-scale reforms to improve the Education System in Turkmenistan, meeting the requirements of the modern era, is being comprehensively implemented. An extensive network of secondary, secondary specialized and higher educational institutions, research centers, fully equipped with the latest, modern computer technologies and multimedia systems was created.
