418As a result of the activities of the Respected President aimed at the interests of the people, the key task of educational institutions is to focus the achievements of the education system on the life experience of young people in our constantly developing society. Currently, under the leadership of the Hero Arkadag, the state is creating all the conditions and opportunities for the development of the education system of Turkmenistan and encouraging the progress of this development. Turkmenabat agro-industrial secondary vocational school of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov carries out a lot of activities to educate a modern, educated, purposeful, honest young generation. Our school has a department of “Processing of agricultural products”, which teaches the details of modern methods of processing agricultural raw materials. In the era of the spread of developed technologies, the main task of the department is to provide training of technologists for food industry enterprises. Here, first of all, it provides for the inclusion of technical and technological environments of all types of technologist’s activities, scientific justification of its features and experimental use of modern technologies. The department is actively engaged in training highly qualified technologists, instilling in the young generation receiving education, love for their specialty, technological abilities, skills in organizing activities, gaining responsibility, morality and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. The department of “Processing of agricultural products” has 2 specialties, such as:
